1. Use

KDW550 large-screen melting thermometer is an instrument developed for measuring the temperature of molten metal in the smelting process of smelting, casting and other industries. Measurement sensor devices are used and a variety of treatments are adopted to make the instrument work stably for a long time. The instrument is matched with the appropriate thermocouple, which can be used for precise temperature measurement in a variety of occasions.

2. Features

KDW550 large-screen melting thermometer adopts 5-inch display: word height 128mm. It is suitable for long-distance reading and viewing. The instrument has the function of electric bell ringing at the end of temperature measurement, the function of automatic maintenance of temperature measurement value, the alarm function of broken couple, out of range and so on, which is simple and convenient to operate. Anti-interference measures are adopted, and the temperature can be measured in the furnace without power failure when the intermediate frequency furnace is energized and smelted. The same machine can be equipped with 5 kinds of thermocouples. The instrument can store 1000 sets of historical data, and a printer is optional.
